Payment

We accept payment by all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover), and Shop Pay (Which also includes ApplePay and Google Pay). We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

We will accept prepaid cards, as long as they are backed by one of the above credit card companies.

The prices displayed in the store are in US dollars. Please visit our official European store for euros (€) or our official UK store for pound sterling (£).

Shipping

We're not able to guarantee release-day delivery. While we try our best to schedule delivery to arrive on or near the release date, the actual delivery date may vary depending on your location and method of shipping.

We currently only ship to customers in the USA.

Shipping costs and timelines vary by country or region and the method of shipping selected. We currently offer Standard and Express shipping options for orders shipped within the United States. Shipping transit time is impacted by factors including distance, shipping method, route, and season.

Once your order has been shipped out of our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from Spike Chunsoft, Inc. referencing the Order number (#) used and providing the tracking information for the shipment. Please be sure to check your email, including the spam folder. You can also check your Order History and status in your Account Settings on our Store to see the latest updates.

Pre-orders/Orders

We try our best to make sure that you receive your pre-ordered merchandise, game, Collector’s Edition, or Limited Edition on or as close as possible to the official street date communicated on the product page. However, we can’t guarantee that you will receive your order on the actual street date, and the delivery date may vary depending on your location and the method of shipping selected at checkout.

From time to time, the official game street date may change. Date changes are always updated on the product page on our website within 24 hours of the official announcement of any change.

Please note that if your order contains multiple pre-order items that have different release dates, the order will not ship until all items have been released.

Payments for pre-orders are billed upon placement of the order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We usually have a number of replacement components available for damaged items in an order. Though these components are limited, replacements may still be available after an item sells out. Please contact us if you need a replacement component with proof of purchase and damages, and we will be happy to help the best we can.

For lost items, we are only able to replace items that have unreserved stock available. Any stock held in a preorder will be reserved exclusively for that preorder and will not be available to replace other orders. Please note that stock may be made available on the online store at any time if released from a canceled order.

In order to protect our customers, orders may be automatically canceled if they are flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent. Spike Chunsoft Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion. If you would like to contest a canceled order, please contact our customer support team at support@spike-chunsoft.com.

No, we do not accept phone or email orders.

In order for us to ship your orders as quickly as possible, we can only cancel or change orders that are on pre-order status and haven't been prepared by our warehouse for shipment. If you change your mind about an order and we are unable to cancel it for you, you can either refuse the package upon delivery attempt or return the package to our warehouse. Please contact us to request the cancellation of a pre-order item.

For game cards/discs, Spike Chunsoft, Inc. warrants to the purchaser of this product that the medium on which this program is recorded is free from material defects for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this ninety (90)-day warranty period, Spike Chunsoft, Inc. will replace the game card, at its option, free of charge.

This warranty will be void if the defect in this product has arisen from neglect, abuse, or any attempt to use the product other than as specified on this page.

Warranty Service
  1. Save the sales receipt and UPC code found on the game package for retail versions of the game.
  2. If the game is covered under a store warranty, return the game to the store at which it was purchased.
  3. If the game is not covered by a store warranty, notify Spike Chunsoft, Inc. by filling out the form.

If your purchase applies, please fill out the form on our Warranty page and reference your order number.

Due to the limited quantities of our products, the Spike Chunsoft, Inc. Online Store reserves the right to adjust orders that exceed 3 units of one Limited Edition product. A customer is allowed to order over 3 units, but please be aware that we may change the quantity back down to 3 units of that one product at our discretion. We will notify customers in the event that their order has been modified. Orders above $500 are monitored for possible fraudulent activity.

We are unable to swap items in an already existing order even if they are of equal price. The existing order would need to be canceled so that you may re-order the desired items.
