Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment at checkout and then fulfill at a future date. 
You can cancel a paid pre-order order up to 7 days before the release date. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order and you will need to follow the steps for a standard refund. If no public release date is available, you may cancel/refund your pre-order at any time by contacting us at orders@spike-chunsoft.com to request the cancellation/refund of a pre-order item along with your order number.
